The Special Managing Authority for Certification of the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism has launched an open international Tender for the selection of a contractor for the project "Specialised Quality Control Consultant", as set forth in decision no. 122813/A.Pl. 7632 approving the notice.
The choice of contractor for the Specialised Quality Control Consultant (ESPEL), whose scope of service is set forth in JMD 64517/EYS 6195/2003 (GG Β' 1539), as in effect, pertains to the carrying out of sampling controls to validate the quality of public works performed by all public sector bodies and co-financed by EU resources (Category services 12, CPV: 71630000-3 and 71631400-4).
In this context, the ESPEL will carry out controls on infrastructure projects that fall under and are financed by the Operational Programmes, both for the programming period 2007-2013, as well as the programming period 2014-2020, on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer.
