The Integrated Administrative Court Case Management System is the new information system designed to serve all the country’s administrative courts, in other words the nine Administrative Courts of Appeal and the thirty Administrative Courts of First Instance. Operation of the new information system offers a sense of security and assurance to citizens through the ability to monitor and obtain direct information about the course of affairs, the possibility of on-line filing of applications for licenses and certificates, as well as the electronic application for use of legal remedies to the Administrative Courts and the State Legal Council, speeding up the service of Justice by contributing to the rapid implementation of the work of the Administrative Courts (Courts of First Instance, Courts of Appeal) and the State Legal Council throughout the country, including judicial officials and servants and the Ministry of Justice, through a central case management system, as well as through enrichment with the new features, direct on-line notification of judicial decisions to citizens, the public services and legal persons involved, as well as with the possibility of issuing electronic certificates, handling of documents, statistical data and administrative information to the special public/recipients of services, to support the work of the judicial officers with the possibility of instant on-line access to case law, through the single case law management system of the country’s Administrative Courts, while establishing a "National Case Number", contribution to the work of the Public Administration with new interoperability features with the information systems of the Ministry of Justice, State Legal Council, the Administrative Courts and the system’s co-competent bodies of the Public Administration and other organizations, to support the work of lawyers and Lawyers’ Associations with on-line tracking of the affairs of their clients, with the possibility of electronic filing of appeals and legal remedies.
